Great question! Instead of a traditional wax that just sits on top of your paint like a greasy layer, Diatek ONE™ works on a microscopic level to build a new, perfect surface.

Our technology is inspired by tiny ocean life called diatoms that build their own protective glass shells. Diatek ONE™ replicates this process. When applied, the formula crystallizes into a super-slick, transparent shield right on top of your paint. This new surface is made of an interlocking molecular structure that is incredibly smooth and durable.

That perfectly ordered, glass-like layer is why it creates such a brilliant mirror-like shine and why dirt and rain slide right off with ease.

Question 2: Is this product safe to use on all surfaces of my vehicle?

Yes, absolutely. Diatek FULL™ was engineered to be an all-in-one solution for your vehicle's exterior. The formula is pH-neutral and contains no harsh solvents, abrasives, or fillers that could damage surfaces.

It is perfectly safe and highly effective on:

• All glossy and clear-coated paint finishes
• Glass and windshields (it acts as a fantastic rain repellent)
• Chrome and polished metal trim
• Wheels and rims
• Headlights, taillights, and hard plastic trim

The only precaution we advise is for matte or satin-wrapped vehicles. While it is safe, it will add a rich, satin sheen. We recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure you like the finish.

Question 3: How long does the protection last after applying the spray?

A single, proper application of Diatek FULL™ will provide exceptional gloss, protection, and self-cleaning properties for 3 to 6 months.

The exact duration can vary depending on a few factors, such as the local climate—for example, the intense summer sun and frequent thunderstorms here in Short Pump can be tough on any coating. Other factors include how often you wash the vehicle, the types of soaps you use, and whether the car is garaged.

You'll know it's time for a quick reapplication when you notice water isn't cascading off the surface as quickly as it used to. The great news is, a re-coat only takes about 15 minutes to bring the protection and shine right back to its peak.
